Christi Estes is a lifelong resident of Coweta county and resides in historic downtown Newnan. She is excited about joining JYB and looks forward to helping clients buy and sell homes throughout the county. A graduate of Newnan High School and the University of Georgia, Christi also has a successful career in commercial and residential interior design. Her designs have earned her professional awards for historic preservation, as well as publications in magazines including Southern Living and Atlanta Homes and Lifestyles.
Along with her two children, Robert and Sara Ashley, Christi is a member of the First United Methodist Church where she serves on the Board of Trustees. She is the Co-Founder and Chairman of Can’t Never Could, a non-profit formed in 2013 by her and her late husband, Rob, as he was fighting brain cancer. Can’t Never Could is dedicated to helping those battling illness and adversity by giving monetary donations, scholarships, and hope in Christ. Each year Can’t Never Could serves over 100 individuals as well as various organizations. In 2016, Christi received the National Caregiver of the Year award from the Chris Elliott Fund, End Brain Cancer Initiative out of Seattle, Washington. She is a former board member of the Coweta Community Foundation and a graduate of Leadership Coweta. In 2018, Christi was honored to be a finalist for the Kiwanis and Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce Coweta County Citizen of the Year Award. In her spare time, Christi enjoys writing, traveling, eating, and exploring new places.
Working in Newnan for the last 25 years, Christi recognizes and values the trust that her clients place in her and strives to exceed expectations. She has a strong commitment to superior customer service, honesty, and loyalty. Christi’s experience in interior design allows her the ability to assist her clients with staging, as well as recognizing the value and potential in properties. Her ultimate desire is to help her customers make a house a HOME.
